"I called State Farm after receiving 2 quotes fully expecting that I was going to be given a ridiculous number and reassure myself how good of a deal the first 2 companies I called were offering. I was SHOCKED when Michael James quoted me a significantly more affordable option! I was even more SHOCKED over the next few days as every time I would call or email with additional questions he took his time to answer them in a way that made me feel that he genuinely had my best interest in mind. The policy I needed was very small and I know he made very little commission if any off of it, but he made me feel like I was his most important client. With decent customer service becoming a thing of the past in general it was truly a breath of fresh air to receive such attentive and sincere service from Mr. James. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about him and I encourage anyone who may be thinking of getting a new policy or switching agents to give him a call. Or even if you just have a few insurance questions but haven’t talked to anyone because you don’t want feel pressured into buying something, I can personally attest that at no point will he make you feel pressured. "As a professional within the business community, I must convey my dissatisfaction regarding my recent engagement with the staff at this office, particularly with agent Josie. While my prior dealings with Michael were satisfactory, my interaction with Josie failed to meet my expectations, as it deviated significantly from my stated preferences and requirements for my home, auto, and business policies. Upon requesting to review my policy with Michael, Josie informed me that she would be handling my inquiry instead, despite my specific request for a transfer. This lack of adherence to my preferences left me feeling undervalued as a client, as I prefer to work with a consistent point of contact rather than being shuffled around the office. During the policy review with Josie, I noticed several changes that were made solely to reduce the quote's cost, disregarding the coverage and value of my belongings. This approach indicates a disregard for my needs and a focus on superficial cost-cutting measures rather than ensuring adequate coverage and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, Josie's unprofessional attitude when discussing these discrepancies was unwarranted and disrespectful. Her dismissive demeanor conveyed a lack of concern for my business and undermined the trust and rapport necessary for successful client-agent relationships. This experience reflects poorly on the office's customer acquisition and retention strategies, highlighting the importance of cultivating a customer-centric ethos and providing comprehensive training to front-line staff. Clients who are willing to invest more for quality products and services deserve attentive and respectful treatment, which was sorely lacking in this instance. Moving forward, it is crucial for businesses to prioritize professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to meeting client needs to foster a positive reputation and secure long-term business success. What all that said I can't foreseen doing business with a place that just counts me as a number and not a valued customer. Reply to first response. Well your team didn't fill you in all the way. I actually sent them the other quote and told them to match it as I was just looking to use a different agent. I found no reason to lower it when I was looking for higher coverages. Now when Josie called you are correct I did in fact hang up because she was not listen to my ask on high coverage and the fact she kept cutting me off. Further more if someone was going to give me a quote and earn the trust like Michael did then, I would have just let him continue to close the account but that is not here or there since it is not my business. At the end of the day she ruined my experience for not listening or copying my ask for the coverages. I won't pay for an agent I don't trust or listen to my asks."

"These guys are on top of it!! I have had an ongoing issue with my payment plan with State Farm being incorrect. After being told several times that it was corrected and it not being corrected I finally had enough. I had no idea that I could just switch agents but that is what I did. Matt Gandrud got it fixed in a couple of weeks. A big thank you goes to Lisa for stepping me through switching agents and getting the payment plan straightened out, all within a couple of weeks.
